Terms of Service

v1 · Effective 2025-01-01

1. Software, not fiduciary

Zentru provides software-as-a-service. We are not a trustee, custodian, escrow agent, or fiduciary. The Grantor (you) is responsible for serving as their own trustee or appointing one.

2. Stellar key custody

If you elect self-custody, you are solely responsible for safeguarding the Stellar private keys associated with your trust. Loss of those keys may result in permanent loss of access. We do not have the ability to recover them.

3. Pay-per-form fees

Zentru offers two purchase options: Lite is a one-time $200 license unlocking all four distribution templates (Education, First-Home, Health, General) for a single trust. Pro is a $250/month Trust-as-a-Service subscription requiring either Lite or your own uploaded documents. The Thrift Bundle ($350 one-time) combines Lite plus the first month of Pro, with a recurring $50/month discount on Pro for the following 12 months. Each Lite purchase unlocks PDF export, notarization handoff, and a SHA-256 certificate anchored to the Stellar ledger. Templates are one-time use per trust. See our Refund Policy.

3a. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles tax, invoicing, customer service inquiries, and returns on our behalf.

4. No legal advice

See our full No Legal Advice disclaimer. Use of this platform does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for losses arising from key loss, IRS assessments, beneficiary disputes, or attorney conduct.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
