Refund Policy

14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the template has not yet been consumed (i.e. no PDF has been generated, notarized, or anchored to the Stellar ledger using that purchase). Once a template is consumed, that specific entitlement is no longer refundable.
Bundles
The four-template bundle is refundable in full within 14 days only if none of the four templates have been consumed. Once any template in the bundle is redeemed, the bundle is considered partially consumed and is no longer eligible for refund.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Stripe. To request a refund, open the Stripe billing portal from your account page and locate your order, or contact support and we will assist you.
Effect on an active trust
If you obtain a refund for a purchase that was used to activate a trust, the trust will be automatically paused. No new distribution schedules can be created or modified until a replacement purchase is made. Distributions already on schedule continue to execute, and notarized documents remain valid — refunds do not retroactively invalidate notarial acts.
