The templates, calculators, automation engines, and Stellar anchoring features provided here are technical infrastructure. They generate documents and execute transactions based exclusively on inputs you supply. Where the platform surfaces a logical conflict (for example, two overlapping distribution schedules), it does so as a Technical Error — not as legal guidance.

You alone are responsible for the legal effect of any document you generate, and for the prudent administration of any trust you operate using this platform.

The platform offers an Optional Attorney Review service that connects you, for a separate fee, with a West Virginia–licensed attorney. The attorney is not employed by Zentru and acts independently in the attorney–client relationship they form with you.

Zentru is recordkeeping and workflow software for grantors, trustees, and beneficiaries of West Virginia Irrevocable Community Trust Funds. It helps users draft, sign, anchor, and audit trust documents and on-chain disbursements under the WV Uniform Trust Code.

It does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice, custody client funds, act as a bank or trust company, or move real money on a production blockchain. All Stellar activity occurs on the public testnet.
