Every FinCEN compliance packet is bundled, SHA-256 hashed, and anchored on Stellar as a Memo.HASH. This page shows only the packet hash and the on-chain timestamp for each trust. Trust references are one-way hashed into short aliases — no beneficiary, grantor, or document content is exposed.
A scheduled job re-fetches each anchored Stellar memo and compares it to the stored packet hash. Any drift is flagged below asmismatch.
Each anchor row also exposes the fiduciary linkage committed inside the packet — BOI serial, payload digest, eSign receipt id, and the EIP-191 signature digest — so the on-chain hash is provably bound to the trustee actions that produced it.
