What we collect
- Identification: name, email, date of birth, government-issued ID (via KYC partner).
- Trust configuration: beneficiary names, distribution rules, milestone dates, asset codes.
- Transactional data: Stellar account public keys, transaction hashes, document SHA-256 hashes.
- Operational telemetry: IP hashes, user-agent, consent timestamps.
How we use it
- Generate trust documents and run scheduled distributions you configure.
- Comply with KYC/AML and OFAC screening obligations.
- Maintain an immutable audit trail anchored to the Stellar public ledger.
What we do not do
We do not sell your nonpublic personal information. We do not share it for marketing.
Who sees it
Only parties to your trust (grantor, trustee, beneficiaries, optional attorney reviewer) and our service providers (database hosting, KYC, identity, payments, email).
Your rights
You may request a copy of all data we hold about you, or its deletion, by emailing privacy@zentru.example. Requests are processed within 30 days.
