Verify Signature

Paste any Zentru eSign signed payload and its 65-byte signature. This page recomputes the EIP-191 keccak digest, recovers the signer address, and — if you also paste the receipt digest or signer — confirms they match. Everything runs in your browser; no data is transmitted.

Computed EIP-191 digest (keccak256)
Payload SHA-256
Recovered signer address

How this works

  1. The payload is wrapped in"\x19Ethereum Signed Message:\n" + len + msgand hashed with keccak256 to produce the EIP-191 digest.
  2. The 65-byte signature (r‖s‖v) is used with the digest to recover the secp256k1 public key, then the lower 20 bytes of its keccak256 hash form the address.
  3. If the recovered address equals the signer printed on the receipt and the recomputed digest equals the receipt digest, the receipt provably binds that signer to the payload.
